Puhaste - Wairua - Hazy DIPA 8% 330ml

Nectaron (the same hop we used in Parrotdog) gives off loads of deep tropical flavours of pineapple, stonefruit and passionfruit, combined with light bitterness. The Nectaron pairs very well with the Nelson Sauvin which gives more of the “wine-y” flavours of citrus and gooseberry. The SubZero is a liquid lupulin hop concentrate which is used to bolster the hop flavour and aroma characteristics without the alpha acids meaning that it will not add further bitterness. The Southern Cross pairs with the Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin to add to the citrus notes and introduce pine flavours and aromas too
